Terms of Use — Goami
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms apply to the Goami app on iOS and Android. By using Goami, you accept them. They are kept short on purpose.
1. Who we are
Goami is published by Stéphan Bordera, independent developer based in France. Contact: hello@goami-app.com
2. The app
Goami is free for everyday use. Goami+ is an optional subscription that unlocks extra features. You may use Goami for your personal, non-commercial needs.
3. Store terms
If you downloaded Goami from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement (EULA) also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
4. Goami+ subscription
- Payment is handled by Apple or Google, at the price shown in the store before you confirm.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before, in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, under their own rules and your statutory rights.
5. Your content
You are responsible for what you enter (names, expenses, amounts). In a shared group, the other members see what you add. Please stay respectful: an account used for abuse may be suspended.
6. Limits
Goami helps you keep track of who owes what, but it is not financial advice: check important amounts. We do our best to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Our liability is limited to what French law allows.
7. Stopping
You can stop using Goami and delete your account at any time from the app. What happens to your data is described in the privacy policy.
8. Changes and applicable law
These terms may be updated when the app changes. Significant changes are announced in the app's release notes. These terms are governed by French law.
